SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship to US addresses only. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days, with an additional 3–5 business days for delivery depending on your location. As of April 2026, shipping is included in the price of every product.

Because items are made to order, timing can vary slightly based on production capacity. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment facilities.

RETURN POLICY

All products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, reach out within 30 days of delivery at feedback.keith@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing from keith.diy you agree that all sales are final except in cases of damage or misprint. Products are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, address, email). We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is required for order fulfillment. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our end.
